CONCESSION PROJECT SELECTION INVITATION

Concession item title: “Project to build a waterway station on the shores of Lake Khuvsgul”

The State Procurement Agency invites Mongolian and foreign legal entities and their consortiums to participate in the tender for the “Design-Build-Own-Operate” Concession Project for the Waterway Station on the shores of Lake Khuvsgul.
The legal entity and its consortium that acquired the concession under the project will design, build, and own a waterway station on the shores of Lake Khuvsgul (other than land) with their own and their own funds, and will recoup their investment during the concession agreement.
The tender for the project concession will be organized in two stages: preliminary and competitive, in accordance with the Law on Concessions and the “Concession tender procedure” аpproved by the Government Resolution No. 103 of 2012.A legal entity or its consortium wishing to participate in the prequalification must have financial capacity, management, professional staff, technical and technological skills, and experience.
Preliminary bidding documents shall be submitted in accordance with this invitation by the legal entity participating in the project and its consortium upon official request and on a non-refundable basis. 1,000,000 / one million / MNT. Bank: State fund, Recipient: Public State Agency, Account: 1009000009014 / will be issued to the person who submitted the order.
Bids must be received before 11:00 am on November 1, 2021.
Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the prequalification documents, and up to 4 bidders who required the criteria of the prequalification documents will be shortlisted for the next stage of the selection.
If the bidder qualifies for a concession agreement, it is necessary to establish a legal entity (project company) with the purpose and main activities to implement the concession project.
